The Position

We’re looking for a concept artist for our real-time projects which include animation, games and VR experiences.

Your main tasks will include designing props and environments, drawing references for modellers, painting colour boards, drawing in-game portraits and helping with 2D cutscenes, together with and under the supervision of the art director.

Requirements

• Knowledge of digital drawing and painting basics
• A decent grasp of perspective, composition, light and colour
• Experience with painting environments/landscapes
• Knowledge of English (spoken and written)

Optional strengths

• Knowledge of and first hand experience with isometric games (Monument Valley, Rumu, Transistor, Hades, Disco Elysium,...)
• Knowledge of and first hand experience with VR Experiences (Gloomy Eyes, The Line, Madrid Noir,Paper Birds,...)
• Knowledge of Unity
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French
