The Position:
We’re looking for an experienced VFX Producer who will be responsible for managing the production of visual effects projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a VFX Producer or in a similar role within the VFX industry.
- Strong understanding of VFX production pipelines and workflows.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership: Demonstrate established leadership skills and accountability
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical affected parties.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in working in a fast changing and dynamic environment

- English is our main language of communication in a multicultural environment
- Proficient in spreadsheet and database software, Ftrack or Shotgrid production tracking software experience is a must, Google Workspace knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant software such as Nuke, Maya, Houdini, etc., is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Your main task will be:
- Coordinate and oversee all stages of the production process for VFX projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met on time.
- Budget Management: Monitor progress budget and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Work closely with VFX supervisors and artists to ensure that the production pipeline is efficient and that the team has the resources and support needed to meet project goals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all VFX content meets the company’s quality standards and aligns with the project’s creative vision.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential production issues early and work with the team to develop and implement solutions.
