I'm a communication designer and a highly experienced filmmaker with more than 200 productions under mybelt, from social media spots to B2B video series, from branded content to TV documentaries. I'm a good team-player but also love to work as a one-man-army. Since 2017, I have been passing on this approach to the next generation as a lecturer at Trier University of Applied Sciences. Another focus of my work is the development of fictional series: Together with Jörg Nießen, I adaptated Nießen's Spiegel bestsellers: a renowned German film production has optioned the material. In 2019, I was invited to the ARRI Genre Pitch at the Genrenale in Berlin with my sci-fi series concept THE COLD. In June 2021, my crime-series proposal SILVER GHOST got the Special Mention For Best Characters at the european DETECt Screenwriting Contest.
