Lead AV project manager from the initial concept of the opening and closing ceremony through to closing. Coordination and meeting of all stake holders including government, broadcasters, venue, suppliers, musicians, and team leaders (lighting, video, sound, security, communications, orcherstra, stage managers). Specification of design for staging, lighting, sound and video equipment whilst working with department heads and taking into account budget, security restraints and customer requirements.

Coordination of all video infrastructure from camera, signal, led walls, projections, recording, mediaserver and hardware. Vision mixer and director for live multicam using (Blackmagic ATEM 4M/W Broadcast studio 4k, Barco S3 4k, Panasonic AV-HS410 . Programming and configuration of Arakso Mediamaster for content LED wall triggered via DMX.
