Résumé
Mia Eileen Prahl (born 1994 in Hannover, Germany) is a German-English Set Designer and Set Decorator. She absolved classical training in scenic painting, sculpting, stage design, art history and classical painting. Alongside to her education she assisted the Art Department at the Bavarian State Opera in Munich for an adaption of Debussy's "Pelléas et Mélisande", opening the opera festival summer of 2015 and worked as Set Dresser on the action thriller "Ultimate Justice", which premiered in Hollywood in 2017.
Since then she specialised in production design and prop making for genre films and worked on various projects.
Additional qualifications include the §34a GewO security certificate and a fire prevention and control course.
